Work in progress

I have been wanting to add pictures of our house for so long but it's been a HUGE mess ever since we moved in. I took some "before picutres" of each room before we started working and now I have a few pictures of the improvements and the work in progress. No room is completely done yet but the music room is getting close. We worked hard in that room because I started teaching piano at home last week. It should be pretty much done withing a few days so I'll hold the music room pictures for now and take new ones when we're done.
So here are a few pics of our new place!

The living room is a pretty good size so it was our everything room for a few days.

We don't have a living room set yet so we are using John's office couch and are waiting on colors and decorations. At least, the floors have been refinished and this room is primed, clean and functional!

The kitchen.... Bright yellow everywhere... ancient gas stove....

The new improved cabinets! It's amazing what a little bit of paint can do! We're still working on painting the walls as you can probably tell by the missing red color on the left side!

The NEW stove!!! It works great! Good bye old nasty gas stoves!!!

We had to take some ugly paneling of the wall.... It's been a messy process.... but we're almost done... On this picture, you can also see one of our future projects: the retro floor is got to go!

Ok, I will post more pics of the progress really soon. But first let me show you one more thing....

FINALLY!!! WE GOT OUR PIANO!!!! BRAND NEW!!! We are SO excited!!!
Can't wait to show you the before/after pictures of this room!!!
